Refund Policy

Refunds for live events (in-person workshops, seminars, and web-based programs) may be issued up to 7 days in advance of the program. Due to processing and set-up costs, no refunds may be issued within 7 days of a scheduled event.

Refunds for digital products and self-paced, web-based trainings may be issued within 30 days of purchase.
